Medium drying and gloss ink, excellent opacity, qualities with good
printability and anti-blocking. Finished printing features with
excellent flexibility and weather resistance. SA series also cam be
applied on a film which is as flexible as soft PVC. It is

CURE
Force to dry with hot air dryer below 60 is allowed.
ADDITIVES
007 thinner, 719 fast dry thinner, 718 medium dry thinner or 783
slow dry thinner.
CLEAN UP
Use organic solvent to clean the stencil, such as 007 cleaner. NOTE
1 To avoid sticky problem while printing on soft PVC, dont stack
the finished products together.
2 Its easy to cause color transformation while stack color 203,
206, 302, 308 and the fluorescent colors together, use transfer
resistance color is preferable, such as color 230D,206D, 302D, 309
and 3038.
3 The penetration resistance ability of the ink and the condition
of the substrates will affect the appearance. Take note of the
character of the ink and the quality used.
4 Color code 501, 801901902 those four colors have slight electric
conduction. It is not suitable for high frequency welding.
5 Note the affection to the substrate while using 783 thinner. PRODUCT RANGE AND PACKAGE
All the colors except outdoor process colors are available in 1KG,
5KG and 20KG containers. STORAGE
Two years under sunless condition of 5-25, avoid contacting with
acid and alkali. |
