*Environmental standard:

1,According with the environmental standard of Formaldehyde(Japan).

2,According with the standard of AZO(2002/61/EC) .

3,According with the standard of EN-71 Part 3(Heavy Metal).

4,According with the standard of GB/T 7573(PH) for Textile.

5,According with the standard of APEO(2003/53/EC)

*Directions for producing chemicals:

White Printing:

Transparent: PU-1000-10%

White: PU-10290-100%

Pigment:

Color Printing:

Transparent: PU-10070-90%

White: PU-10210-30%

Pigment: 1-8%

*Usage:

Printing(1500-2000mesh)-Drying(60-70 with 3-5mins) or hot treatment(150 with 2-3mins)

*Character:

Sofe Touch,Excellent Elasticity,Good Adhesion,Anti-Scrach, Steady color and Anti-Wash.

*Noting:

1,It will be more sofe touch with 100% PU-100 as the underlayer first.

2,It can get more excellent adhesion and Anti-Viscosity if add 3-5% WG-002 Cross Linkling Agent. And the ink that adding the WG-002 has to be finished in 8hours.

3,To do the hot treatment after Drying 100% can anti-Viscosity.

4,To wash the mesh fully when the mesh block up.

5, Add 5-8% Pure water or 2-5% WG-004 as the thinner.

6,Please test before printing.
